Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing the 21-Day Mindset Reset Challenge Notebook. I’m honored to support your journey toward transformation. Please review the return and refund guidelines below.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable.
Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales of digital products are final.

If you experience an issue accessing your file, please contact me within 7 days of purchase. I’ll be happy to assist you.

Physical Notebooks

Each notebook is made to order with care. I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, here’s how I can help:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your notebook arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. I will replace it at no additional cost.

Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please notify me within 7 days and I will send the correct product promptly.

Returns for Preference

Because notebooks are produced on demand, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Mistaken purchases

  • Personal preference reasons

Order Cancellations

  • Physical Notebooks: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, they enter production and cannot be canceled.

  • Digital Products: All digital orders are final and cannot be canceled at any time.

Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code).

The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to our policy.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
